Husband arrested after wife loses part of arm in Newman Lake boating incident
A Spokane man is in jail after his wife lost part of her arm in a boating incident. He was speeding when he took a sharp turn, throwing her from the boat. The propeller cut her left arm off below the elbow. Alcohol is thought to be a factor.
