Skating championships a huge success
Spokane got high marks for hosting the 2007 U.S. Figure Skating Championships. From the record attendance to FanFest, it was an event that was not only fan friendly, but skater friendly as well. And the championships may come back sooner than later. KXLY4's Allison Leep reports.

Seamstress keeps skaters ready for the ice
As if the twists and jumps on the ice weren't spectacular enough, it's often what the figure skaters wear that's most eye-catching. Hours go into creating each costume making sure every sequin is sewn in the right place and a team always ready to tackle every tear or rip before the skaters head back out on the ice.
