Newbill honored at fallen officers vigil
Moscow Police Officer Lee Newbill and other fallen officers from around the country were honored in Washington, D.C. during a candelight ceremony Tuesday. Newbill's name was engraved on the fallen officers memorbial a couple of weeks ago, but Tuesday was the official ceremony during police week.

Moscow shooter taunted fallen officer
As Moscow police officer Lee Newbill lay in front of the Latah County Courthouse, Jason Hamilton stood with an assault rifle nearby mocking him by saying "Officer down", according to a new report from the Idaho State Police. KXLY4's Erik Loney reports.
