Fire District 9 conducts water rescue training

With the warm weather and the start of fishing season, more people will be headed to area lakes and rivers. To stay ready for more calls for help, firefighters with Spokane County Fire District 9 practiced water rescues in the chilly waters of the Spokane River Friday. KXLY4's Erik Loney reports.
