Heat + Traffic = plan ahead for Skyfest

Clear skies are just what Spokane needed this weekend to welcome the Air Force Thunderbirds at Skyfest. But with temperatures expected in the 90’s and cars jamming into Fairchild Air Force Base a little planning is needed. KXLY4's McKay Allen reports.
