The 26-year-old man who was shot near Loon Lake on March 23rd is out of the hospital and making a fast recovery. Despite two surgeries to repair a carotid artery and a stroke, Josh Pickens says he is ready to get back to living life. KXLY4's Colleen O'Brien reports.
