Turbines a windfall to Palouse businesses

As you drive down Highway 195 you may notice a large wind farm under construction just south of Rosalia. When completed it will bring power to 30,000 people. Right now, though, its bringing a much-needed boost to the local economy. KXLY4's Colleen O'Brien reports.
