Reckord to plead guilty for deadly hit-and-run

A Spokane Valley businessman suspected of running over a cyclist in a alcohol-related crash will plead guilty to a vehicular homicide charge Tuesday in Spokane Superior Court. KXLY4's Jeff Humphrey reports.
